1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the aha88 online gaming platform, accessible at aha88.app and any associated mobile or web applications operated under the aha88 brand. aha88 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account and the forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending investigation. We take our obligations under PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework seriously, and age verification is a non-negotiable part of that commitment.

3 Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on the aha88 platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, shared devices, shared IP addresses, or any other method — is strictly prohibited. If aha88 detects multiple accounts associated with the same individual, all accounts may be suspended, all balances may be forfeited, and the player may be permanently banned from the platform.

3.2 Accurate Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure without refund of any deposited funds.

3.3 KYC Verification

aha88 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and PAGCOR requirements. You may be asked to submit one or more of the following documents: a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, driver's license, or PhilSys national ID), proof of address (such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months), and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed.

3.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your aha88 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. aha88 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must contact our support team immediately.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

aha88 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands), BDO (Banco de Oro), Metrobank, and UnionBank. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at aha88's discretion. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso unless otherwise stated.

4.2 Deposit Terms

All deposits made to your aha88 account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment source belongs to another person — are strictly prohibited. aha88 reserves the right to reverse any deposit suspected of originating from a third-party source and to suspend the associated account pending investigation.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed within the aha88 cashier section and may vary by payment method. Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly for GCash and PayMaya, and within one to three business hours for bank transfers, subject to the processing times of the respective financial institution.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification, active bonus wagering requirements, and any applicable withdrawal limits. aha88 processes withdrawal requests within one to three business days following approval. Withdrawals will only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the aha88 account. aha88 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by aha88 are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be published alongside each promotion. These Terms constitute the general framework within which all promotions operate. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail for that promotion only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonuses awarded by aha88 are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements will be clearly stated in Philippine Peso (₱) or as a multiplier of the bonus amount. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified time period will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

aha88 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Actions that constitute bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once; using low-risk betting strategies specifically designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk; colluding with other players to exploit promotional offers; and using automated software or bots to place wagers. Any player found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have their bonus and associated winnings forfeited and their account suspended or permanently closed.

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the aha88 platform — including live dealer casino games, slots, bingo, esports betting, and sports betting — are governed by their respective game rules, which are accessible within each game or betting section. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by those rules.

All casino games on aha88 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and audited for fairness. 7 Prohibited Conduct

8 Responsible Gaming

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the aha88 platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. 10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, aha88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.

aha88's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising from these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

aha88 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 12 Amendments to These Terms

aha88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time and at our sole discretion. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where reasonably practicable.

Your continued use of the aha88 platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request the closure of your account and withdrawal of any remaining balance.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any disputes that cannot be resolved through our internal dispute resolution process.

In the event of a dispute, players are encouraged to first contact the aha88 support team to seek an informal resolution. aha88 will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within fourteen (14) business days of receiving a formal complaint. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached, the matter may be escalated to the relevant regulatory authority in accordance with PAGCOR's dispute resolution procedures.
